User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Course Access and Content Usage

Upon enrolling in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal or internal professional use only. Content may not be copied, shared, or publicly displayed without permission. Access to courses may be time-limited or subject to platform updates.

Instructor Content and Responsibilities

Instructors are expected to provide original, high-quality content that complies with copyright and intellectual property laws. All uploaded materials must meet M-UpSkill’s standards. Instructors also agree to abide by our Instructor Agreement, which outlines revenue sharing and content usage rights.

Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made in the designated currency and through our approved payment methods. Refunds are governed by M-UpSkill’s Refund Policy. Instructors may receive earnings based on revenue-sharing agreements, as outlined in their separate contracts with M-UpSkill.

Code of Conduct

All users are expected to maintain professionalism and respect. M-UpSkill prohibits harassment, discrimination, fraudulent activities, and disruptive behavior. Violation of these standards may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality on M-UpSkill are the intellectual property of M-UpSkill or its partners. Users retain rights to their own content, but grant M-UpSkill a global, non-exclusive license to use and promote it as part of the platform’s offerings, unless otherwise agreed.

Termination and Access Restrictions

M-UpSkill may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform or any of its services at any time.
